Last Six Month I Am Suffering From Irregular (kabhi- Kabhi)

Question: last six month I am suffering from irregular (kabhi- kabhi) pain in whole of the body for 5 to 10 second i.e. foot, arm, back, head,neck, throught, ear. I was contact Doctor, like ENT, Orthopedic and some medicine ( Antiboitic & alergitic) as prescribed by Doctor have been taken. Orthopedic Dr. prescribed penedure -12 lac. for 03 years and I am also taking penedure-12 lac. twice in a month since 03 months but till now I am not feeling better, now I am also feeling low grade fever i.e. 98-99 Degree. Please suggest me, what to do.

Could be deficiency syndrome of Vitamin D or B12.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Raghuvikranti, I am Dr Gopal Goel ,Orthopedic surgeon.
In my opinion this kind of fleeting body pain can be due to some deficiency disease like hypovitaminosis D of B12. I suggest you get test to see the blood levels of these two vitamins . If these levels are below normal then we can start supplementation accordingly.
Only on the basis of ASO , I would not like to start inj Penedurae.
You should also undergo tests for chronic joint disease like RA Factor ,ANti CCP anutibodies to rule out early rheumatoid arthritis.
