In My Recent US Test Doctor Observed A Suspicious Thin

Question: in my recent US test doctor observed a suspicious thin walled cystic foci measuring 2.3x1.9 cm with thin internal septation showing possible tiny calcifications in septation
I do not have any visible effects such as pain, vomitting etc and lead a normal life
what is the effect of this observation by US onservation

attached the US report. The cystic foci was found in pancreas region and it is thin walled.

I already reviewed the attached report.
Pancreatic cysts are usually benign, they don't cause any symptoms.
They can be problematic only in case that they get infected.
In such a case you should have fever or vomiting.
Otherwise, try to avoid alcohol to reduce the risk.
