Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...

Well, to be XXXXXXX any painkiller on long-term and higher dosage can be deleterious to our body (not only kidneys but the stomach and liver also).

After going through your allergic medication list, the options are quite limited indeed, however, let me brief them to you at first...

You can have Voltaren but please make sure not to take it on empty stomach, and not to exceed 50mg twice daily to avoid the side effects at the XXXXXXX Additionally, drink plenty of water, have plenty of fresh green vegetables, simple homemade foods, salads, curd based diet, avoid any form of spicy food...

Ideally speaking, the safest choice for you would be to first try round the clock ACETAMINOPHEN (Tylenol) i.e. 650mg three times daily and observe the progress. If the pain is not improving then you may take the additional dose of Voltaren in between (as explained above).

Apart from these, there are sustained release intradermal analgesic-patches available (which can be simply applied to the skin-part devoid from any direct sunlight and water which can be kept for up to 48-72hrs)...You can discuss regarding this with your doctor...

Another very effective option would be Acupuncture (Alternative medicine). If you can get hold of a specialist in your vicinity this can be safely tried for long-term pain control.

Hope this answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Wish you a good health...

Take Care
Kind Regards
