Question: i had sex with my partner after 4 yrs and after sex she had a vein like tissue with white discharge . do we need to worry

I would like to know if she is expecting a period. In such scenario, the discharge can be premenstrual. Endometrial casts also present a similar picture. Clarification can be had through a proper clinical evaluation.

Infection also should be excluded. Clotted semen along with vaginal discharge also can have a similar appearance.

There is no need to worry but just go through the evaluation and plan further management.

she had her period started from the 1st of november. so its 15 days from the date of period start.
