The most common cause for dizziness are hypotension(low blood pressure) and anemia. Other possible causes like depression and anxiety can similar symptoms. Many other conditions also be ruled when these conditions are absent.
As of now drink plenty of water and especially salted feeds.
You can go for basic work up including complete blood count(CBC) and also check blood pressure.
Consult a general practitioner and he will direct you accordingly.
