Hi, Only The Last Couple Of Days Have I Been
Question: hi, only the last couple of days have i been feeling ill but im concerned. basically it started with pain around the bottom of my stomach area and ive been thinking maybe my ovaries are just having some kind of period pains without the period as i normally get the pain im feeling now around that time but now theres also a pain in my right side. i feel like im going to throw up from this pain and it feels so awful and id go see my GP but i have no time right now. i dont know if its related but a couple times within the last month theres been a tiny amount of blood when i poop but i just assumed it was a fissure because its not something that happens every time i poop. i just wanted to make sure none of this is anything super serious. dont know if this is relevant either but im on the pill but most sheets i skip the red section. thank you for your time

Please let me know do you have fever, decreased appetite, shivering, burning during urination, unable to pass gas?
In that case for further assessment, you may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis/ computed tomography abdomen, complete hemogram, urine analysis immediately after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion to rule out possibilities of intestinal obstruction or appendicitis.
Otherwise continue with tab. Nurofen and tab. Ondensetron 4 mg. These medications should be available over the counter. Take soft diet. Past History of blood in poop may be due to constipation or hard stools. I don't think that it is relevant to the present condition.

i have been feeling a little ill but its mainly just snot and flem. it isn’t necessary hard to pass gas but it does hurt a bit before. i will go check in with a local GP to make sure its nothing super serious but i just wanted to check and make sure that there might be something else instead of something serious. thank you for your time
