The photo shows a lump, lateral side of left buttock, 2 large veins around, skin looks normal as on photo.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:

Hold the lump and move from side to side - is it freely XXXXXXX even on contracting the muscles?
Is there any pain/tenderness?
Is the skin normal in color, temperature?
Have you noticed it just a week ago or is present for longer time but enlarged over the last week?

So I had a testosterone buttock injection (upper left as i m used to do
It) 10 days ago, after 2 days it started hurting really bad and had problems walking and also stay on left leg, around a week later it was good again, i could walk. But than i saw this lump I havent seen before. it still hurt a bit if i lay on it. The color hasnt changed , doesnt feel like puss. It feels like moving when i put the finger on it and also when I contract muscle, its between hard and smooth, hard to explain. Temperature no difference. It feels like it touching my bones

As per the history this looks to be a collection in the buttock muscles that has found the way out under the skin.
This is not necessarily an abscess ever time; it can be sterile collection of blood, serum, muscle necrosis material, fat necrosis and so on.
This can best be diagnosed by high resolution Ultrasound/CT/MRI as would be advised by your Doctor.
Proper diagnosis is a must as this will give the direction of management.
