Brief Answer:
Tinea cruris and it’s management

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It is looking like tinea cruris which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
Fourderm cream contains clobetasol propionate which is a potent steroid.
It is not to be used in fungal infection.
It only causes temporary improvement but leads to worsening of the condition.
I can appreciate redness and thinning of the skin along with stretch marks.
These are caused due to long term use of steroids like clobetasol in fourderm cream.
You should immediately stop fourderm cream.
For treatment of fungal infection you need to take a course of oral and topical antifungals.
I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole ( capsule onitraz or cap sporonox) 100 mg twice daily and apply amorolfine cream ( Fungicros cream) on the affected area once daily at night for 8 weeks.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet hydroxyzine 10 mg twice daily ( tablet atarax).
Also apply a moisturizing lotion like venussia lotion on the affected area in the morning.
Keep the area dry and clean, wear loose fitted cotton clothes and stay in cool airy environment.
These measures will help in resolving the problem.

Brief Answer:
Welcome

Detailed Answer:
You need to take these medicines for 8 weeks.
These stretch marks will reduce with time but won’t go away.
No food items to be avoided.
You can continue with your cardio exercise but take a bath after the exercise and try to keep the area as dry as possible.
You can use an antifungal dusting powder like abzorb dusting powder in the groin area before and after the exercise.
