Hi Doc Normally I Sneeze By Nose And But Yesterday

Question: hi doc

normally i sneeze by nose and but yesterday i was sneezing so hard but by mouth that my stomach contract so hard that a very huge sound came from the stomach
the complication is that i dont have any hungry on my stomach and i got watery sensation on my mouth everyday and a very low burping.

please need help

Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns.
As per my opinion I think that both incidents are coincidentally related to each other.Every organ in our body (Abdomen) is packed inside a cavity called viscera inside which usually the pressure remain unchanged despite of activities like coughing sneezing even weight lifting(unless it's too heavy).
Very likely your problem is caused by Dyspepsia which is caused due to the antiviral medicines your are on. All antivirals on reaching gut irritates the soft layer of mucosa lining it causing loss of appetite sometimes accompanied by abnormal sensations in mouth(Due to reversal of stomach contents into mouth termed as GERD).
Burping bloating etc. As they are metabolised by liver their use may cause loss of appetite.

I would suggest you to take over the counter medicines like

Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily empty stomach( better idea is to have it half an hour before your antivirals).
Tablet of Activated charcoal three times a day to absorb gas.
Digestive enzyme supplements 1 tablet thrice daily before every big meal like breakfast lunch and dinner.
Eat home cooked if possible vegetarian food for 3-5 days.
Eat lots of fermented food like Yakult,Cottage cheese,Greek yogurt etc.
Take small meals.
You would start feeling better by the end of second day.

Omeprazole has no role in digestion.

Omeprazole won't bring your appetite back for that you need to take external enzyme supplements and Anti AG's agents as suggested above.
They are over the counter just take them and you would feel better by end of second dose

Thanks for the advice but Since i sneeze through my mouth hardly and my stomach made a very huge sound, I got no appetite and food took longer to digest and i got Diarrhea

Please get an endoscopy done to see if there is any rupture in the mucosa.
You may take Imodium 4mg thrice daily to stop loose motions for the time being.
Tab Digestive enzymes twice daily to rule out the problem with digestion. This would increase your appetite too.
