Hi, I Get Clicking Sounds In My Ankles And My

Question: hi, I get clicking sounds in my ankles and my shoulder. I'm worried whether it's something serious. I get pain around my ankles and shoulder as well. Especially if I walk fast or longer time I get pain around my ankles and it swells sometimes. then if I rest it'll go away. It's worse in my left side compared to right side. similar to that my left shoulder gets painful as well. especially if I carry or do some work with that hand. also just above my collorbone it kind of gets swollen and looks like a baloon and I can feel the pain goes up and behind around that neck area. if I rest the swelling will reduce but it won't go away completely. But I mainly notice this pain in my left side (ankle, shoulder, sometimes hip) more than right side. Also I easily get bruised. even if I scratch my skin lightly I get dark marks and sometimes I get like bumpy scars. I also get more black dots in my skin nowadays than before and my doctor said it's sun spits rather than something to concern and it happens with age. doctor did some tests 3 months ago but he said everything seems fine but I'm anemic. But I'm having this problem for couple of years now and even though it's not extremely bad at the moment I would like to get a clarification what causes this and how can I avoid or get better? my doctor did the following tests 3 months ago. Neck ultrasound Abdomen ultrasound Chest xray ECG blood tests - U

Brief Answer:
Can be due to polyarthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the joints that you have is likely to be polyarthritis that can be due to low levels of calcium or vitamin D3 or autoimmune arthritis. Easy bruises also suggest low platelet levels or autoimmune problem. You need to have a detailed analysis by a rheumatologist for proper treatment.
I hope this answers your query.

Polyarthritis means inflammation of multiple joints. This is not a dangerous problem as cancer and can be treated with medicines. The complications depend on accurate diagnosis and severity of the problem.

Thank you. Which tests will help the doctor to identify these conditions please? Because my doctor did some blood tests before and said all seems fine. The tests he did were U&E, Liver profile, TSH, CRP, ESR, Full blood count, Ferritin, Hb1ac. What are these tests for please?

Brief Answer:
More tests are needed.

Detailed Answer:
The tests that have been done are to rule out anaemia, diabetes, any blood disorders and a chronic inflammation. You need serum calcium levels, vitamin D3 levels, bleeding profile also evaluated and a detailed clinical examination for proper diagnosis.
