Question: hi I am 25 years old male married and i have been experiencing for some time now fatigue and heart palpitations from some time to time and sometimes i feel like out of breath, but i dont know if its only stress or anxiety or there is something wrong i have done a heart ECG and it was fine, i will send you my latest blood test and i would be thankful if anyone would tell me.

It is difficult to interpret your labs because of all necessary details are not available. I will like you to scan the entire reports and send to me for review and response. For Example: it is not evident to interpret the RBCs, MCVs, etc without at least seeing the hemoglobin. Same for the other components like bilirubin without AST/ALT components.
