Hello Sir , I Am XXXXXXX Male , Age 30
Question: hello sir ,
i am XXXXXXX male , age 30 , 94 kg , 6feet 2
i had unprotected sex with my collegue ........on 5th march ........, one day after on 6th march evening ...... i noticed red bump on my penis tip(external urethral meatus , pics attached)
other symtoms were:
1. sore throat which gone in 2 days (i had cold ice cream on same day on 5th march)
2. mild burning on penis tip ...only when i ejaulate ......after masturbation ......very mild
3. no burning while urination , no burning otherwise normal....mild burning only after i ejaculate after masturbation
4. no fever , no other symtoms ....no nothing
5. no discharge ...no other pain
i waited for 20 days and it didnt went (red bump)....then me and my collegue got tested for std blood test
HER REPORT:
1. hpv ......negative
2. hiv 1 hand hiv 2 ......negative
3. hcv .......negative
she didint felt any symtoms ......but she was on her iui fertility medicine on day we had sex
MY REPORT
all came negative ...REPORT ATTACHED .....TESTED NEGATIVE FOR HIV , HBV , HCV , VDRL
,hsv and hpv not recomended by my physician
my phycisian prescribed me 5 day antibiotic course ......(medicine advised attached)
burning after ejaculation gone but red bump still there.......
also from 5th march to 20 march ...i was sleeping n eating at very unhgiene place ..........due to my work.....
never had unsafe sex before

As all other symptoms have stopped except red bump .
It is good that all your tests came negative .
You can take a course of antibiotic as tab azithromycin 500 mg ( azibact) once a day for 5 days .
Take an antiinflammatory drug as tab diclofenic 50 mg two times for 5 days also .
After this course , stay relaxed .
As all possible causes will be covered .
And in future , always use condom as the female may not be knowing that she is suffering from some disease .

My second question is...... Is there any other reason for this.... Red bump?? Becoz no pain.... No discharge....
