Brief Answer:
Syringomyelia is the cause of your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXXXXX , welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think syringomyelia is the cause of your symptoms. As the syringx in your spinal cord expands over time it compresses the nerves causing numbness, tingling and pain.
You should consult your neurologist to compare your symptoms and do an MRI and compare it to last one.

Gabapentine can help you with pain and numbness.
Surgery is more advisable since it relieves pressure on nerves and improves symptoms.

Also you need to take iron and vitamin B12 to improve iron and vitamin B 12 levels.
Take iron treatment for three months together with vitamin C.

Taking vitamin B12 can also help you with pain and numbness you are experiencing.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
