Brief Answer:
Nothing worrisome.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The problem you are facing now is a boil with pus collection.
You have to take oral antibiotics like Cefuroxime Axetil 500 mg twice daily along with Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase thrice daily for 5 days, you can just press the boil or just make a mouth with some needle so that collection will come out, and do some local dressing with Fucidin cream.

A boil is an infection of the hair root, so keep your pubic area clean and in good hygiene and dry, you will never face this problem.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.

Hello doctor
As per your advice I started cleaning it with hot water bearable and then I wiped it gently with tissue paper but by then the pus started coming out along with some blood ... after few seconds both stopped and when I felt the boil ( it feels like there is a hard round green peas size lump inside but it’s hard and it hurts ) but I still applied fucidin cream over it . Now for the medicines can you please prescribe something that I can get over counter I live in XXXX, antibiotics are not given without prescription and I can’t go to the doctor please doctor help me I will be so grateful please please

Brief Answer:
Antibiotics are not available over the counter.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Antibiotics are not available over the counter in XXXX. You can continue with a hot compress and a daily cleaning regime. It will help all the collected pus to come out. You can also use a local Neosporin H powder for relief. Take a mild pain killer like Aleve or Tylenol to help relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello doctor
I have attached few pics of the boil after the pus came . I have few queries though
1) it stings a lot after applying fucidin cream ( like as though a combination of itching and burning sensation I am very much scared)
2) the round lump which I mentioned in that now when I touch and feel the upper half has subsided but the lower half still feels like lump ( as though that part of pus has not eat come )
3) even now after washing that part with like warm hot water and wiping it with a soft tissue Some blood filled pus like stuff comes is it ok is it normal?
4) I am not wearing any panties or dressing for that area I am scared whether the pus will leak and create problem elsewhere in the vagina ( what type of dressing should I do ? Is it ok if I leave it like that ?)
I will be really grateful if you could answer to all of my sub questions and relieve me from my tension and stress ,I am so worried please help me

Brief Answer:
The area is better now.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have seen the attached images. The area now looks much better.

1) If there is too much stinging after Fucidin cream then you can use Neosporin H cream or Betadine ointment after cleaning the area twice a day.

2) The lower part that is hard will become soft as the pus comes out. You can gently press the area while washing to help the pus come out.

3) The coming out of pus like stuff is normal. It will gradually stop in the next 3-4 days, after all the pus inside drains out.

4) You can wear cotton panties to avoid spoiling other clothes. Any other dressing is not needed. It will not create any problem in the vagina as long as you wash the area properly regularly.

Hope I have answered your query.
