Brief Answer:
Hello. It represents anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have seen the reports. So it suggests iron deficiency anemia. You should now get iron profile and ferritin studies done to confirm it.
Once it is confirmed, treatment can be defined which is simple.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. Ferritin is low

Detailed Answer:
Hello again. So we take less than 50 as cutoff for ferritin and it is low. Rest are normal. I will still advise to take iron supplements and meanwhile go for hemoglobin electrophoresis to look for thalassemia identification.
Thanks and regards
