Question: good morning, i have a 11 month child who appears to have a fever past couple of days she hardly leaves the house so i dont think or as worried at moment about being coronavirus . my question is can i give her a bath so it helps releve her congested nose and maybe bring her fever down. and if you have any additional advise for me to better hwlp my baby while caring for her at home. thank you.

No need to panic. Just cold and stuffy nose may not be Corona at all. Yes you can give bath. No harm. Nasal saline drops can be instilled one drop each nostril to help in breathing.
Home care tips include plenty of liquids to keep hydrated. Also you can try mild steam inhalation. If baby gets fever, or cough or breathing fast or gets dull, better to consult your pediatrician.
Avoid giving medicines without consulting your Pediatrician.
