hello,
am 29 years old, and am a software professional
i facing neck pain from past one year
i get this when i use XXXXXXX or riding bike and mostly while working on laptop

Hi,

It seems like your neck pain is related to your job. Working long hours on laptop and machines with wrong posture/ergonomics can cause occupational hazards.

I will suggest physiotherapy sessions and following ergonomics/guidelines at work to prevent neck and back pains.
