Brief Answer:
Can be premenopausal hormonal change.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The light and continuous bleeding that you are having can be due to premenopausal hormonal changes. Since the ultrasound scan is normal there is nothing to worry. Taking ibuprofen will not help. You need to take hormonal tablets like Norethisterone to stop this bleeding. You can consult your gynecologist for the proper prescription.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Does this mean I will not be able to conceive a child naturally or can my hormones with fertility treatments help?

Thank you in advance

Brief Answer:
Conception is possible with regular periods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
As long as your periods are irregular, the chances of natural concepotion are low. If your periods become after a proper treatment then conception is possible.
Hope my answer is helpful.

I see. I do ovulate monthly (tests) and usually have a pretty regular period aside from this one. So natural conception while not as likely is still possible and it only takes one good window so we’ll see.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
You can try after the bleeding stops.

Detailed Answer:
You can try but let the bleeding stop first and use an ovulation prediction kit to time your intercourse accordingly.
