Most common cause for cold and fever in 5 month old child is viral upper respiratory tract infection.
I want to know few more things first.
Please let me know
1. Is she taking normal amount of breast feeding? Or taking less than normal feeding?
2. Have you measured the temperature?
Usual treatment is Tminic and Calpol syrup.
