There is no vaccine to prevent all STDs. Safe sex will help in prevention.

Tests for HPV are available with certain sophisticated laboratories or with laboratories specialized in virology.
HPV vaccine is not indicated for a man at the age of 50s. It is indicated for people between the ages of 9-26 years. If you had no sexual experience you can try with HPV vaccine.
Genital Herpes can be treated with tab. Acyclovir, Famcyclovir or Valacyclovir. Consult your Physician and get well soon. These drugs can not prevent recurrences.
STDs are more than 30 in numbers.
Vaccines are available for HPV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A and not for all STDs.
