Question: Yesterday, i felt a light pain near my vaginal opening, today i woke up with white patch/spots on the opening of my vagina that are starting to hurt i do not know why i got it as i'm not sexually active. What can i do now? what pills can i take? my gynaecologist cannot see me your a week

I do think that it was from masturbation or the use of my sex toy.
It does slightly hurt during urination.
No itching just discomfort and slight pain when walking.
Is it a yeast infection?
Will it spread further?
Should i be worried about it?
How long before it might clear up or hurt less?

I looked up mupirocin, and it stated not to use it on genitals. Is this right? cause i don't want to worsen anything.

Should i take other pills or wait for my gynaecologist to prescribe me something?
