Brief Answer:
Encropesis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As per your query most likely you are having anal incontinence or encopresis in which tbere is a lack of control over defecation, leading to involuntary loss of bowel contents which may vary from patient to patient including flatus, liquid stool elements and mucus, or solid feces.

Two tests have to be done-
1)Digital examination of your rectum and anal canal by a MD.
This would reflect of there is any weekness in the contraction of anal sphincter or muscles are lax.
2)Anal manometry in which a flexible tube is inserted into the anus and rectum. A small balloon at the tip of the tube may be expanded. This test helps measure the tightness of your anal sphincter and the sensitivity and functioning of your rectum.

Treatment would be given as per the results of reports.
Hope i answered your query well.
Regards.
