Hello,

Cloudy urine can be caused either by urinary tract infection, (leucocytes in urine make it cloudy) or by some types of food and supplements including,high phosphorus foods, diary products, organi meet, certain legumes, yeast,vitamin C ,B3, B6.
If you role out food than you might have a urinary tract infection.
You should take antibiotics and if you cant do a urine sample you can take bactrim as first line antibiotic for uti.
Also drink lots of fluids, cranberries juice and tea can help.

UTI usually hurts a lot I do not have pain or strain, my medication is the same for a long while , I will try to see a clinician tomorrow, Monday, and see if I can solve the problem Thank you for your advice Sincerely, bmj

See if you may be taking painkillers.

You are welcome. You can always see the food you are taking recently. If your other medications you are taking are painkillers you may not feel pain of the UTI.
