Brief Answer:
Herpes not likely

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The white bumps under the clitoris hood that disappear after taking a bath can be due to prominent follicles or glands in the area. Since the bumps are painless and are intermittent then herpes is not likely.
In case the bumps increase or become red or there is any abnormal discharge or pain in the area then a swab culture and a few other tests will help in the proper diagnosis.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
No. Not likely warts.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Warts are usually painless without any discharge or pus inside it. The swellings you have can be due to folliculitis or herpes. Hence, a direct examination is recommended for proper diagnosis.

I have recently be told I have folliculotis on my thighs and outer part of my vagina but is that possible to get on the clitoris ?

Brief Answer:
Can be due to glands present near clitoris.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Folliculitis is less likely on the inner part of clitoris but the glands in the area can get blocked or prominent to cause such symptoms.
