Why Do I Have Leg Pain At Night Or While Lying Down?

Question: I have leg pain at night or when I lying down. Not cramps pain. My drs are not sure what the diagnosis. I have had cats scans and other test. Have not found a medication that helps pain. Came across and article about nocturnal leg pain and my symptoms matched those and even though I sent article to drs. We still have no5h8ng conclusive

Hi,

Pain in the legs can be due to Arterial disease like Thrombo angitis obliterans(TAO) which can be confirmed by Color Doppler of Arterial system of lower limbs.
It could be due to Venous problems like Deep vein thrombosis, Varicose veins etc., which can be diagnosed by Color Doppler of Venous System.
The other causes of pain could be due to Neurological factors, Musculoskeletal causes etc.
If color Doppler is not yet done, please consult your doctor and ask for it.
Please attach the reports of your investigations.

I have had those test and they were negative.

Also, none of medications help. Oxvondone, tramadol,

If all the tests are normal, I usually prescribe Tablet/Capsule containing Anti oxidants, Multivitamins particularly Methyl cobalamine, Minerals to my patients with similar complaints.
