Brief Answer:
Evaluation of orthostatic hypotension

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Orthostatic hypotension is a condition where blood pressure drops when standing up from.sittin or lying down position.
It can occur due to variety of conditions including hypothyroidism, dehydration, neurological issues like Parkinson's,cardiac problems, medications (flecainide you are currently taking is a risk factor).
Since you are experiencing repeated episodes, it is important to undergo detailed evaluation including ,blood pressure analysis in sitting and standing positions, neurological assessment, ecg, tilt table test to rule out positional orthostatic tachycardia syndrome/POTS.
It is also important to reconsider use flecanide with your cardiologist.
Please be advised to follow.up.with your primary provider to undergo necessary evaluation and management.
