Question: I'm getting sporadic sharp pains in right side of abdomon and at the exact same time a sharp pain in my right heel

Heal is supplied by many nerves all are roots of sciatic nerve. If you have sciatica then this could be the situation but more often it will be towards back and radiating to heal. So kindly once get ultrasound abdomen to rule out kidney stones or any other conditions. If that is normal then its sciatica only and you can take vitamin b12 tablets like neurobione forte tablets for one month after food which helps healing of the nerves.
