Brief Answer:
It excludes CML(Chronic myeloid leukemia).

Detailed Answer:
Hello

BCR-ABL Major(P210 Quant) is not detected means person is not having P210 protein which excludes CML(Chronic myeloid leukemia).
P210 is a fusion protein and it is an abnormal tyrosine kinase known to be critical for the clinical and pathological features of CML.
P210 is a fusion product of gene BCR and ABL,which is pathognomonic for CML.It is also used to assess treatment response.
