Brief Answer:
Suggestions

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The patient’s lipid profile is suggestive of dyslipidemia.
I would suggest the following-
1.     A strict diet.
2.     Moderate physical exercise.
3.     Loss of weight.
4.     Tb Atorvastatin 20 mg once at bedtime.
5.     Repeat the profile after 3 months. The medicine dose may need to be hiked or lowered thereafter.

In view of the sugars-
1.     The patient needs to test PPBS And HbA1C as well.
2.     The diet needs to be controlled.
3.     Loss of weight will be advisable, if obese.
4.     Moderate physical exercise should be initiated.
5.     Medications may be suggested after the reports are informed.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Feel free to ask any related question.

Best wishes, Dr. Mittal
