Brief Answer:
May see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

You have ingested small amount of clorox bleach 4 days ago. Clorox is mild alkaline (corrosive) and can cause some damage to the mucosa. It seems that you have very mild injury of esophagus and stomach mucosa. You seem to also have developed reflex as a result.

Firstly you need to take antacid medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole once a day at least 1 hour before breakfast. It is available over the counter.

Secondly you can get the barium swallow in a few days to see if there is any mucosal injury to stomach or esophagus. You will need to see a doctor to get this prescription.

Otherwise, it does not seem to be serious. It will get better, but we need to keep the gastric acids under control till then.

Hope it helps.
