Question: What should I stop doing? When I take an use a nose rinse, take an antihistamine, and use Flonase I don’t really feel that good. My eyes get really red after I use the sinus rinse too. One of the things I’m doing seems to cause some ED or as well. According to my mom I us to take Zyrtec as a kid and it seemed fine. Should I just use that and stop the Flonase and nose rinses? Thank you

Brief Answer:
Hii. It seems that you are having allergic rhinosinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

It seems that you are having allergic rhinosinusitis.

Please continue fluticasone nasal spray, antiallergic tablet levocetirizine.

Take steam inhalation after spray. Keep away from allergens like dust, pollen grains.

You can use sol spray for nasal wash or rinsing. You can take both these sprays for another 3 months. Yes, you can take levocetirizine for 2 weeks.

Do yoga or nasal breathing exercises as it may help to revive your mucociliary activity of nose and helps in clearing the mucus. Take an optimum amount of water. Avoid excess tea, coffee.
Always bathe after coming from the office. Lead a healthy lifestyle.
