Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst of the scrotum, no immediate cause of concern.

Detailed Answer:

Hello and welcome,

I have evaluated your query thoroughly.

* Such lump on scrotum usually indicate sebaceous cyst which is benign soft tissue lesion nothing specific to worry at present.
* It tends to grow on very slow rate over time, just have to keep watch on its size and any discharge from the same.

If you can provide a photo picture of the same as an attachment, further details can be possible.

Wishing you fine health.

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scrotum with a doctor by appointment, nothing emergency.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Welcome.

* Inside of scrotum lump may be some type of epididymis cyst or else.
* In that instance a prescription for doppler ultrasound of the scrotum with your doctor by appointment is recommended.
