Question: Hello, I have been having unbearable menstrual pains in my lower back and stomach, what would you suggest on easing the pain?

Do you get severe pain in every periods or it started recently.?
Is the bleeding excessive ?
Is the cycles are regular?
If you are having pain in every cycle ,need to have a gynaec check up to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis.
For this cycle you can take mefanamic acid 500 MG 3 times if you are not allergic.
