Question: I would like to sleep a bit better at night. I am currently taking 10mg of Zolpidem. It helps if I take an whole tablet. Is there another over the counter tablet that I can take to allow me to sleep. I have an active work life, and my mind is constantly busy. Zolpidem helps.
