I have noted your symptoms and the initial treatment of vertigo is with betahistine tablets. In my patients, I use betahistine (VERTIN) 16 mg tablets three times daily for 5-7 days.

Further treatment would depend on identifying the cause of vertigo. This would require evaluation by ENT doctor and neurologist.

I am consuming Betahistine DiHydrochloride tablet twice a day since 3 days after consulting a ENT.

My Vitamin B12 after lab test is 121.00 pg/ml ( expected 187-883 pg/ml)

I am suffering from Dizziness frequently since today morning.

To overcome Vitamin B12 Deficiency I am prescribed Inj Nervigen plus once in 3 days X 4 nos.
