Question
My breasts and under my arms and back are achy and have a burning sensation sort of like a pulled muscle. I dislocated my shoulder badly a year ago and I think it is partly do to that. The hospital that reset it did not have
any diagnostic equipment other than xray. I m sure I tore something but have not had additional tests. My left breast sometimes sort of bothers me around the nipple area. Not hurting just and annoying feeling. I alos ran a 1/2 marathon one month ago and that could have something to do with the soreness as well. I am very large, heavy busted.
Thoughts?

Brief Answer:
It may be due to muscle spasm.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to XXXXXXX
You need proper clinical examination and investigation.
Your problem may be due to muscle spasm as you may had exertion during marathon.
Firstly short course of muscle relaxants like tablet Tizanidine 4 mg twice daily and analgesics like tablet Acelofenac 200 mg twice daily for five-six days should be given.Tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once daily half hour before food can be given for 10 days as analgesics can cause gastric irritation.
You need proper evaluation by orthopedician. If there is problem in shoulder joint then MRI of shoulder should be done.It can assess problems in shoulder joint accurately and it is the investigation of choice.
You also need mammography of your breast. It is not only due to your complain, but screening is necessary due to your age.
You also need routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile to detect other problems.
Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigation reports.
