Brief Answer:
Conservative measures are usually enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.

I understand your query and concern.

Breast tenderness is common in few women, during the time of menses. It needs treatment especially when its severe and work hindering. Drugs like Meftalspas 250 mg twice a day along with Pantocid 40 mg on empty stomach will help. Both medicines are prescription only drugs. You can contact your doctor for a prescription. These drugs can be taken in the perimenstruation period that is 3 days on either side of periods

Beside that evening primrose oil application twice or thrice a day will help. Regular exercise will help to reduce the symptoms. Weight Reduction along with avoidance of fried and fatty food will help.

In case if the symptoms does not resolve with the above medications,I advise you to have an Ultrasound breast and uterus to guide further treatment.

Thank you.
