Brief Answer:
Discuss again with her doctors about the procedure...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The only benefit from a chemical stress test in her case would be, that it will confirm the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease and will predict the prognosis of disease.

On the other hand it has a lot of complications:
- Increased risk for immediate death during procedure
- It may provoke a heart attack or infarction
- It may cause pulmonary edema.

My suggestion is to discuss again with her doctors about the procedure because it will have little effect on treatment strategies as long as she refuse to do any surgery.

Wish you and your family health!
