What is the normal Pulse ox for a 5 year old Downs Syndrome 5 year old with pneumonia?

This oxygen saturation is clearly below the desired lower value of 94%. When it falls below this value, oxygen supplementation is considered or the flow volume per minute is increased. I will like to know what his regular saturations have often been.

Is he all blue? I will like that you ask the doctors specifically about this low pulse Ox. Is he having any heart abnormalities? Pneumonia alone should not cause this and I believe there is some more information that we are missing out here to understand why he has been able to stay with low pulse ox values and no aggressive measures seems to be considered by his physicians.
