Question: what is causing this swelling? MRI didnt show anything other than soft tissue inflammation.

I've reviewed the pictures and I think it is lymphedema. The only examination to confirm the diagnosis is lymphoscintigraphy. I think it's better to get examined for liver and kidney disease, heart failure as well. Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed further.
