I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome and thank you for asking us.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that it is important performing a coronary angiography in order to evaluate if the blockage is I that stent or other segments of the coronary arteries.

If the blockage is precisely in that stent, another stent may be implanted inside in order to restore the blood flow.

Another possible procedure could be thrombus aspiration inside the stent in order to restore the blood flow.

If there is blockageof other coronary artery segments, other stent implantation may be needed.

But the procedure depends on the coronary angiography results.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
