Brief Answer:
Trace amount of fluid will be absorbed with time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Free fluid is actually accumulation of water or other fluid in the areas where it is not meant to be present.
Any differentiation in normal conditions or other medical problems can disbalance the fluid proportions and can cause water accumulation.

I have also gone through your other queries.Trace fluid in pelvis can be ignored.
In your case it may be due to prostate infection.Trace amount of fluid will be cleared after treatment of prostate infection. This is reactionary to infection and trace fluid is not a matter of concern.
Underlying cause need to be treated.Fluid will be absorbed with time.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
