Brief Answer:
Argipreg is protein

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the reports.
The reports show a fetal growth lag of almost 2 weeks.
So, there is slight intrauterine growth restriction.
In this situation, your wife should take high protein diet and adequate rest.
Argipreg is amino acid subsitute and is given to promote the growth of the fetus.
So, she can take it in this situation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Dietary deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Intrauterine growth restrictions means that the fetus is not growing as expected according to gestational age of pregnancy.
The most commonest cause is dietary deficiency of protein.
Other causes are hypertension, decreased blood flow to the fetus.
If the doppler is normal, then the blood flow is normal, hence dietary deficiency is most likely the cause in your wife's case.
