Question: Sir, I am XXXX from XXXX XXXXXXX I am 34 years old. I have complication of bleeding between two periods and after intercourse . An ultrasound screen was performed. The results are as under - uterus retroverted bulky Size: Vol 99.00cmx-L. 6.9cmx Ap 4.80cmx W 5.64cm. Endometerial thickness: 1.07cm. Myometrium: Nonhomogeneous Cervix: L 2.61cmx A.P 2.67cmx W 2.29cm hypertrophy R.O. -Vol10.07cmx Length 3.50cmx A.P. 2.06cmx Width 2.67cm. L.O.-Vol 63.82cmx Length 5.57cmxA.P 4.37cmx Width 5.02cm enlarged,cystic,simple serous cyst . Please help me to know my problem.

Hello,

Thanks for writing in to us with your health concerns. The bleeding between the periods is most likely due to left ovarian cyst. You can take a month's course of OCPs for ovarian cyst. These are prescription medicine . For bleeding during intercourse I will advise you to have Pap Smear and local examination by gynaecologist.
