What Does This Thyroid Function Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor,
My wife is 2 months and 10 days pregnant and she is carrying 7 week old embryo. I have attached her Thyroid function test report. Please let me know is this normal or should she take any tablets for thyroid.
