Your semen analysis is normal except that you are having infection and motility is little less then normal.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and start on antibiotic like cefixime and get semen culture done to know antibiotic sensitivity. You will get this report in 3 to 4 days. After that antibiotics will be changed accordingly.

For reduced motility you may start taking tablet containing lycopene, co enzyme q , zinc and multivitamin. Though your motility is 40 % you can conceive your wife . Just improving motility increases chances. So don't worry. Usually motility should be more then 50%.

Along with this reduce weight if you are over weight, stop alcohol and smoking(if you do).

Normal motility for sperms is taken as more then 50%. It is the capacity of sperms to move forward. anything less then that is considered sluggish motility. Depending on how much it could be moderated or severe or mild. In your case it is mildly sluggish.

Yes with 40% motility chances of conceiving is there. To increase it more some drugs are used. Conceiveing doesn't have 100% rule. So all possible favorable environment should be created for conception.
