Question: Good evening Dr.
For doing Lupid profile blood test is it required to fasting. if after breakfast and coffee had do the test will result of test shows differently

Yes, overnight fasting of ~8 hrs will be sufficient for next morning's sample for lipid profile..it's necessary as the parameters are at optimum range after an overnight fasting..

No, it's not advised to do the test after breakfast, as the parameters alter after food and report will be shown erroneous parameters, so just schedule the test in the morning as fasting blood sample (if your bedtime's at 11pm, then schedule as 7-7.30 am in the next morning's fasting blood sample)..
