Brief Answer:
will answer one by one.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM.

i have reviewed the attached reports.I will answer them one by one.

1) Your vitamin D (27.44) is low and you will require correction of vitamin D.

You can take vitamin D3 cholecalciferol (brand name: Uprise D3) in sachets or forms 5000 IU per day or 60,000 IU once weekly.

The major cause of vitamin D deficiency is lack of proper sun exposure.

So apart from medical treatment, you should have adequate sun light exposure preferably in morning hours around 8 AM for 10 to 15 minutes daily.

2) Here your SGPT (10) will be considered as a clinically normal despite they are marginally low (depending upon the lab variations) and it would have no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual.

I would not be personally worried about it.

3) Cholesterol 192 is normal but triglycerides 301,VLDL 60 and TC/HDl ratio 6.6 is elevated (not too high) but they are not alarming that you should be worried. There is nothing concerned about it.

HDL, a GOOD cholesterol is also low which needs some medical attention too.

The probable reason for high cholesterol and triglycerides could be lack of enough muscular exercise or oily and fatty foods.

These mildly elevated cholesterol levels can be managed with regular exercises and some dietary precautions.

So,you should do regular exercises at gym or at home as per your convenience for about 30 to 45 minutes to get maximum response.

Also, to reduce your Cholesterol (Total cholesterol/HDL ratio ,triglycerides and VLDL) follow these dietary guidelines along with regular exercises.

Avoid direct sugars and avoid fried snacks, bakery items,

Take good amount of vegetable salads- raw vegetables like cucumber, tomato, carrot and vegetables.

Snacks should contain healthy nuts like almonds or walnuts and a few dry fruits but no fruit juices,

Avoid soft drinks as they are only for taste having NO nutritional values.
.
Skimmed milk and milk items made up of skimmed milk are good to check on cholesterol,

Egg white is fine if you take but avoid egg yellow means yolk.

Take vitamin B3 (niacin) which is believed to increase HDL cholesterol.

You can go for yearly check up of your lipid profile and there is no need to worry at present about this high cholesterol. It is not dangerous.

4) For mildly low level of calcium, you can take oral calcium supplements.

5) mildly raised eosinophils counts and marginal low level of Apo-A1 value is likely because of your skin allergy for which you can continue with atarex tablet or directed by your doctor.

6) Tests for diabetes are also in good control,so at present there is no need to take medications for that.

7) Rest of all other reports are completely normal.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
