What Does This Echocardiogram Test Report Indicate?

Question: hello sir,
I wnated to know the risk facator from the following 2d echo readings of my husband.
Norma; L V Size
Distal ivs AND APEX hypokinesia
MILD LV DYSFUNCTION
LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION STAGE 1
NO LV ANEURYS/CLOT
NO I/C CLOT, MASS, VEGETATION OR PE

I have read your query with echo report.

This ECHO finding is generally due to stiffness (mild LV dysfunction and grade-I diastlolic dysfunction) and is a common finding for many people of above 50 age.

Since your husband's LV size is normal (means there is no Left ventricular hypertrophy),it seems nothing serious here.

Please also mention ejection fraction (EF) in 2D-Echo report which would be in percentage like 60% or 65%.

Also let me know about his medications and if there is diabetes or hypertension.
