Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There is no serious problem with this ECG

It shows incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) pattern… which is a normal variant in many people.
Rarely it is due to issues of the right heart – which can be easily ruled out or ruled in by an ECHOcardiogram
This has no relevance to the symptom…

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis demands examination; probably further investigation
GET EXAMINED
The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…

Good luck
God bless you
